Missing most or all your teeth? All-on-4 and All-on-6 replace a full arch with one fixed bridge, planned around your bite and bone.
A full arch missing or just a few gaps, either way, a fixed implant beats a removable denture. No slipping, no adhesive, no taking them out at night. The right approach comes down to how many teeth need replacing and how much bone you've got to work with.
A full arch gone or failing? One fixed bridge does the job, held in place by just four or six implants instead of one per tooth.
Only missing one tooth or a couple? An individual implant and crown fills the gap, no touching the teeth either side.
Once it's in, it stays in. No slipping, no clicking, no pulling it out before bed.
Suitability, treatment scope and any additional requirements, such as bone grafting, are confirmed following your individual assessment.
Not every dental problem shouts. Some just wear you down over time, a denture that won't sit still, gaps you're tired of hiding, teeth you can't rely on. Recognise any of this? Time for a chat.
Built around your face shape, bite and gum line. Not a generic set of teeth, yours.
Fixed to implants, not resting on your gums. Eat, laugh, talk, it stays where it should.
Implants work your jaw bone the way real roots do, which can help slow the bone loss that follows missing teeth.
Four or six implants carry a whole arch, instead of one per missing tooth.
In many cases you leave surgery with a fixed provisional bridge already in, no gap in between.
Looked after with regular check-ups, All-on-4 and All-on-6 are designed to go the distance.
A 3D CT scan tells us what we're working with. From there, we map out a plan around your jaw and your goals.
Under sedation or general anaesthesia, four or six implants are placed at precise angles to carry your new arch.
A temporary but fully fixed bridge is fitted, often the same day, so you walk out with a working set of teeth.
Once your implants have settled into the bone, your custom-milled permanent bridge goes in.
Swelling, bruising and some discomfort are normal. Pain relief and soft food get you through it.
Swelling settles down and you're back in for a review, so we can check healing and how the provisional bridge is sitting.
Your implants fuse with the bone, that's osseointegration, while you're eating and talking on the provisional bridge.
Your final, custom-milled bridge goes in. Full-arch restoration, done.
Our team walks you through every stage, no jargon, no guessing what happens next.
3D CT scanning maps your implant positions before we start, so the plan fits your anatomy, not a template.

From your first scan to years-later reviews, we stick around to help your implants hold up.
Both give you a full arch on a fixed bridge. All-on-4 uses four implants and often suits patients with reduced bone density. All-on-6 uses six for extra support if you've got the bone volume and a stronger bite. We'll recommend the right one after your CT scan.
Age on its own rarely rules you out. What matters is your general health and the bone you've got to work with. Plenty of patients with significant bone loss are still good candidates for All-on-4, since it makes use of the denser bone at the front of the jaw. A CT scan and consultation will tell us what's suitable for you.
Usually not. A fixed provisional bridge is fitted on the day of surgery, so you leave with a working set of teeth while your implants heal and settle into the bone.
Surgery and the provisional bridge happen in one visit. Healing and integration generally takes around four to six months, then your final permanent bridge is fitted.
Surgery is carried out under sedation or general anaesthesia to keep you comfortable throughout. Swelling, bruising and mild discomfort afterwards are common, and prescribed pain relief manages it.
Daily brushing, the cleaning tools we recommend around your bridge, and keeping up with regular check-ups and professional cleans all go toward the long-term success of your implants. Avoiding smoking helps too.
