Welcome to Eastern Dental Group. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online or via phone. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
2. Payments and Billing
Payment for dental treatments is required on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and on-the-spot HICAPS claims for participating health funds.
3. Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS)
Bulk-billing under the Medicare CDBS is subject to patient eligibility and remaining benefit balances. It is the patient’s or guardian’s responsibility to verify eligibility prior to treatment.
4. Special Offers and Promotions
From time to time, Eastern Dental Group may advertise special offers or promotional packages (including on our Specials page). Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply to all advertised specials:
- Offers are valid for the period stated at the time of advertising and may be withdrawn or amended without notice.
- Where an offer is described as a “New Patient” special, it is available to new patients of the practice only, unless otherwise specified.
- Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or health fund preferred-provider arrangement unless expressly stated.
- One redemption per patient per offer, unless otherwise stated.
- Advertised inclusions and “value” figures are indicative and may vary based on individual clinical assessment.
